This is an interesting way to introduce meditative techniques that have been know for thousands of years to today's undisciplined masses using modern technology.The players compete to relax and slow their heart & breathing rate.
It's ironic that the activity humans do more than anything, breathing, needs to be taught in order to be done correctly.
