Louis C.K. on Boredom

I've posted before on the idea of "boredom", but I saw this rant by comedian Louis C.K. which is even more to the point.

Someone who says "I'm bored," is basically saying "I can't stand myself."

A calm mind is not perturbed by inactivity.
